Nourish The Temptation

Teriyaki Salmon

Dinner, Recipes | January 4, 2016 | By

I love this recipe because it literally takes 5 minutes of prep….20 minutes of waiting and boom. A nourishing and satisfying meal.

Up until a few months ago, i was pretty convinced i was allergic to salmon due to a few unfortunate events when i was younger. So, making a salmon recipe is a pretty big step. It started with a few mouthfuls; the realisation that i was still alive; and the complete obsession and cravings of his fish that followed. It’s like i was trying to make up for a life time of neglect!

salmon t ingridients

5tbs soy sauce

3tbs sesame oil

1 lime, juice and zest

1 inch cube of ginger grated

1 large garlic clove crushed

1tbs of sugavida or honey

2 salmon fillets

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients apart from the salmon together.
  2. Then add the salmon fillets in, make sure both sides and covered, and leave to marinade for an hour
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  4. Place the fillets and the marinade in a baking dish and cover with foil. Then bake for 15-20 minutes.

This can be enjoyed with salad, or some edamame noodles
