Honey & Cinnamon Roasted Spaghetti Squash
Honey & cinnamon spaghetti squash. For anyone who has never tried spaghetti squash, they are so tasty and it’s so much fun scrapping all the “spaghetti” out. I literally just drizzled in with olive oil, honey and cinnamon and baked for 45 minutes.
1 Spaghetti squash
Drizzle of Olive oil
1 tbs honey
1 tsp cinnamon
Salt & pepper
Turn the oven up to 180 degrees
Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scoop all the seeds and guts out of the middle.
Place in a baking tray and drizzle with the olive oil, honey and sprinkle the cinnamon evenly the two halves.
Bake in the over for 60-70 minutes depending on the size of your spaghetti squash.
Once out of the over scrape the inside of the squash with a fork. It should came away in spaghetti like strands.
I love having this as a side or adding more veggies and having it as a main.
